Manchester United looking for Di Maria and De Gea replacement!

During Friday’s pre-match press conference, Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has dropped a big hint about Manchester United’s upcoming signings. After stating during pre-season that he was looking at buying players in two specific positions, he confirmed this during the press-conference:

“I have said that we need players with speed and creativity – Di Maria is a player like that and now he is gone, so we need that type of player. Of course we have problems still with the goalkeeper, so we need maybe two more players.”

Manchester United’s transfers so far:

• Argentinian goalkeeper Sergio Romero from Sampdoria;
• German midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger from Bayern Munich;
• Italian defender Matteo Darmian from Torino;
• French midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin from Southampton;
• Dutch midfielder Memphis Depay from PSV Eindhoven.
